RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We only accept returns for refund, for items damaged in transit. 

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Items must be in unused condition.

To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@nubest-usa.com to alert us of the damage (Please remember to provide us with proof of purchase). After receiving your email, we will consider your product return. If you receive the approval from us to return the items, we will email you to instruct you how to return the items to us. Then you return the damaged item to us under our instruction. After receiving the damaged item, we will carry out the refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

*Note: We ship to you through Amazon service of Multi-channel Fulfillment, so the approval or rejection of your refund also depends on Amazon's decision that the damaged items are due to carrier's fault or not.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please follow the above instructions for a return, and place a separate new order for the item you’d prefer.

Lost packages

We will not be responsible for the lost packages and we will not refund you in case you provide us with wrong delivery address.
